Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rex Checkout ("the Service"), a product of RexPayments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users including buyers, merchants, and visitors.

Description of Service

Rex Checkout provides a secure online payment processing interface that allows buyers to complete payments to verified merchants. Features include:

  • •Encrypted card payment processing for buyers.
  • •Custom payment link creation for merchants via RexPayments.
  • •Invoice-based checkout flow with custom fields and logic.
  • •Dispute resolution through our Dispute Centre.

User Responsibilities

By using Rex Checkout, you agree to:

  • •Provide accurate and truthful billing and payment information.
  • •Use only payment methods that you are legally authorised to use.
  • •Not attempt to circumvent any security or fraud-prevention measures.
  • •Not use the Service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorised purpose.
  • •Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

Payments & Refunds

All payments processed through Rex Checkout are subject to the following conditions:

  • •Payment finality: Payments are processed immediately. Once a payment is confirmed, it cannot be reversed without going through the dispute process.
  • •Refunds: Refund eligibility is determined by the merchant's individual refund policy. Contact the merchant directly for refund requests.
  • •Disputes: If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact our Support Centre to initiate a dispute.
  • •Currency: Charges will appear in the currency specified at checkout. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your bank.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Rex Checkout:

  • •Submitting false, fraudulent, or stolen payment information.
  • •Using the Service to launder money or finance illegal activities.
  • •Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform.
  • •Initiating chargebacks in bad faith or for fraudulent purposes.
  • •Impersonating another individual or entity.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate suspension of access and reporting to relevant authorities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RexPayments and Rex Checkout shall not be liable for:

  • •Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • •Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
  • •Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount of the transaction in dispute.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
